When you press CTRL-SHIFT-DEL on your computer what do you
see?
Pressing CTRL-SHIFT-DEL brings up your "Windows Task Manager"
which graphically shows the performance of both your computer
and your internet connection. The "Performance" tab of the
"Windows Task Manager" shows the computer's ability or inability to process information quickly.
